Tosh Farms is a rapidly growing, family owned, crop and swine production business with over 450 employees. As part of that growth, we are looking for a Grain Elevator Laborer to join our team. You can be a part of supporting the largest hog operation in TN by managing and processing the grains that we use in our feed. In this role you should expect to

• Help manage grain conditions as well as all grain handling procedures
• Ensure our grain inventories remain accurate and at highest quality
• Help maintain our facility and equipment
• Work outside in the elements

What you'll need to succeed in this role

• Willing to climb without fear of heights
• Ability to stand/kneel/stoop for extended period of time
• Willing to work extended hours during peak harvest season
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 30 pounds repetatively
• Complete all tasks in a safe manner
