Position Overview 

The Swine Barn Maintenance position must be both proactive and reactive - performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment to keep the swine process running smoothly.

As part of that growth, we are looking for a knowledgeable and committed individual to perform general maintenance on our swine barns in Buena Vista, TN. In this role you should expect to

• Perform general and preventative maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Complete all maintenance tasks related to electrical, carpentry, welding, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, repair and/or replace parts

What you'll need to succeed in this role

• Electrical and welding experience preferred
• Ability to operate tractor to maintain roads and outside areas
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
